1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ck444p website at https://ck444p.pro, including all subpages, mobile interfaces, and associated applications.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching bonuses credited to your Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game, live casino table, sports betting market, or crash game via the Platform.

Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. ck444p monitors registrations against device identifiers, IP addresses, payment method fingerprints, and other signals to enforce this policy. Where duplicate accounts are detected, the additional accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be voided at ck444p's sole discretion.

2.4 Restricted Territories

ck444p targets the Bangladesh market. Players located in territories where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law use the Platform entirely at their own legal risk. ck444p makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any territory other than those it explicitly serves.

3. Account Management & Security

3.1 Password Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to use a password that is unique to ck444p and not reused from other services. ck444p will never ask for your password in any communication, including live chat, email, or telephone support.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify ck444p customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received and processed, all activity on your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is treated as authorised by you.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ck444p may at any time require you to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods associated with your account. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ck444p customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts flagged for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms may be closed by ck444p without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck444p currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved payment channels as published on the Platform from time to time. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change without advance notice.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. ck444p reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two to five minutes under normal operating conditions. 4.4 Payment Method Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ck444p will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the identity associated with your ck444p account. Using a third-party payment method is a breach of these Terms and may result in withdrawal delays, account restriction, or account closure.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on ck444p are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ck444p does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, and free bet credits offered by ck444p are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements after the expiry period will be removed from your account without compensation.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution rates. ck444p reserves the right to exclude certain games from bonus wagering eligibility.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Evidence of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of derived winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.5 Promotional Changes

ck444p reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of discontinuation will continue to be governed by the terms under which they were originally issued.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is confirmed and binding only when you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform that the bet has been accepted. Bets placed during periods of connectivity disruption, system errors, or maintenance windows may be voided at ck444p's discretion. It is your responsibility to verify that all bets are correctly registered before the relevant event commences.

6.2 Obvious Errors

ck444p reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were made available due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. This includes odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market price at the time of placement. Notification of such voids will be provided to affected players.

6.3 Game Integrity

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

ck444p does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that you access the Platform at your own risk and that ck444p's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

ck444p reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Patterns of betting behaviour indicative of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.

In the event of account closure due to a breach by the player, ck444p is entitled to retain all funds held in the account as partial or full compensation for losses caused by the breach. Where account closure is at ck444p's discretion and no breach has occurred, any confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the ck444p Platform, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat. Our support agents are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and aim to resolve all complaints within forty-eight hours of receipt.

ck444p's decision on all complaints is final and binding. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ck444p may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Where amendments are material, ck444p will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck444p with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
